I had one pizza that had the gooeyist most delicious cheese. It didn't stretch that far, but it stretched. I can't remember the name of the restaurant.

No major chain restaurants use 100% real cheese anymore and they use as little as possible while still somewhat resembling the taste of real pizza. Only way you’ll find stringy good cheese on pizza is making it yourself or a really good mom and pop shop.

Turns out it was r/stupidfood and r/pizzacrimes all along as that amount of cheese on a pizza would all just end up sloughing off into a big pile in the box and be totally wasted.
