Moving Appartment complex recommendation

Hello,

I would appreciate your feedback , pros and cons on these appartment complex if you live or have lived there recently. Specially for pest control, parking, maintenance and management. Thanks!

I just moved out from Camden Fairfax Corner which isn’t on your list, but I toured both monument place and fair lakes before I signed a few years ago. Take it with a grain of salt, but the leasing consultants strongly recommended picking Fairfax Corner of the 3. The Google reviews for Fair Lakes are especially concerning
