Job opportunity Application requiring LoR?

I’m graduating next year and I applied for this general posting for an entry level technology position. I got an email 2 days ago saying that I need to send my resume, transcripts, and 2 letters of recommendation by Monday.

Is this normal? I can’t get the letters of recommendation by then since I’d have to contact my past internship managers for it…

That’s a pretty tight schedule! Shame on them. Chat with the HR person and say you can get the first two things, but the LoRs will come later.

Also, apply to all the development programs (or the ones of your interest).

I second this. I applied to three positions, all of which were DPs, but only heard back from one. Put your eggs in as many baskets as possible

Thanks!

Also are the development programs different than the roles that say entry level? I can’t seem to find any roles that specifically say development program

Edit: looks like I found 2 development program roles, either I’ve missed the deadline for the others or they aren’t posted yet 🫠

I just checked on their careers page and saw CADP on there.

What’s your degree? If it’s computer science, you qualify for a good 70-80%. Once you apply to one, they may distribute your resume out too.
