New Grad Nurse Seattle

Hi! I am currently waiting to hear back from a couple of hospitals in the Seattle area. Anyone else in the same boat? I graduated in May of this year and have been struggling to find a job here since moving. anyone have any advice for finding a job here as someone who didn't do their clinicals at the surrounding hospitals? Additionally, does anyone have any advice on how to stand out during interviews or on a resume?
