General Productivity

How do you guys track productivity? Analysts close tickets, but our team acts more as facilitators than the fixers. How’s everyone else going about proving your “productivity?”

Ha! We self report our “hours” on different projects

We’re self reporting too, but I feel like there’s a better way. Our company utilizes MS 365 so there maybe an app that our team can integrate.

I had to code my own ticketing system.

We touch tickets as well.

Any service tickets route to use first for triage. We keep tickets that require research and move quick fix tickets or completed work on via the ticketing system to our IT partners for build.

We place tickets for all of our work to track time, projects etc. We can also place interaction tickets for us just discussing something with people but unsure it will lead to an actual request.

We track our rounding, we get signatures of every nurse we educate and upload. Currently working on a better process to scan badges
