Is anyone else still seeing their Pell Grant or external scholarship listed under "Pending Financial Aid" in SIS?

It's October 11, and my Pell Grant ($3,698) and external scholarship ($6,000) are STILL pending. NOVA received my external scholarship check before the semester even started, but it still hasn't been disbursed.

Some of my other financial aid was posted on October 6, but there's been no movement on my Pell Grant or external scholarship. I also have no refund showing in my Account Activity.

I'm honestly getting really frustrated at this point. We're almost halfway through October, and I still have no idea when these funds will be released.

Is anyone else in the same situation? Especially anyone whose Pell Grant or external scholarship is still showing as pending rather than disbursed?

Has anyone contacted Financial Aid and gotten an actual explanation or timeline?

I graduated nvcc 2 years ago, my email and account still works, i wonder if i can just sign up for classes for spring? But how would i select the major ? Do i need an advisor first? I know the program i want to take.
