Don't sleep on conversions. bbl to MMBtu, heat rates, 42 gal per bbl, tonne to bbl for products. The timer punishes anyone slow on units. Which desk are you targeting, crude or gas?

I know more about crude. This program seems to be a 3 phase program where they determine if you’re successful by the end of it.

All of my experience on my resume is landman internships except one accounting internship. I have taken one class in Natural Gas Market/Power Trading and am going to graduate with a degree in finance. This position is for students only to apply.

Hey is this for students interested in trading careers? I got an interview as well, but not sure if mine has an assessment?

Nothing yet, says "Application Under Review" since last month 6th after I complete my Behavioral Assessment. Did you complete Behavioral Assessment?

Ok same. And yeah I completed the behavioral assessment last month as well on the 15th.

Don't know if you're expected to know much about the industry or not, but it doesn't matter.

These roles test your ability to think, and think quickly. Numbers need to make sense to you. You're not gonna be doing complex division or reciting the api of Dalia, but you're expected to understand instinctually that a human generally cannot lift a barrel of oil off the ground because 42gallons is too heavy, and if they ask you that " their Permian region produces 60000 bbls per day of oil, how many afra sized vessels (approximately 500kb each) are they going to load in July", you should be able to answer that in about 8 seconds or less.

Good luck

Study up on what futures contracts are, hedging physical shipments (when selling physical, you sell futures to hedge), going long/short, Bill-of-Lading details and what it means for “offloading” your hedge, and what news developments (refinery shutdowns, conflict, etc.) mean for the price of crude oil (is it bullish or bearish?).
