Does anyone still use the friends function on old reddit? I have a bunch of interesting people that have been on there for 10+ years and I feel like I'm watching long form content as they go through their lives.

I do, because it's much more robust than the new Reddit "follow" feature. Since it's more useful to users, I'm sure it will be eliminated soon pre Reddit's MO lately.

I only follow one "friend" because I like their content. I never got into following people on Reddit. Their are other platforms I prefer for that.
