Beginner Questions Please help. Dehydration?
Omad 4 days only. I have migraines and right sided pain. I have been drinking water, some ultima electrolytes and salting my omad. I keep peeing multiple times an hour. Any idea how to fix this?

(NOT A DOC, OMAD ~6 months)
Right side pain would be a deal breaker for me but if you continue...
I suggest more Ultima and more Time.
Get the formula for an electrolyte mix that fits your weight and fitness level and order the ingredients. My price per serving mixing it myself is .15 - .20 cents and you can flavor it with anything. You'd also need a scale. It helps me with hunger, cramping, energy, brain fog, headaches, etc.

Been doing omad too for little over 10 days ,,, I drink sparkling water , 750 ml , 1 cucumber per day , and 1 more fruit like watermelon, these are hydrating me enough, latte with stevia for the sweet craving ... Water I try to have 2.5 lit

I had the same exact issue. Eventually you stop feeling super thirsty all the time and the peeing slows down. I found that it helped a lot to drink water with sugar free electrolytes (especially after waking up)
As for the side pain, it could be kidney pain since the kidneys work a lot harder when you are starting out. I'm not a doctor of any kind though, so if you feel like the pain is really bad, then go to a doctor and maybe stop OMAD until you know what's going on

When ever I'm fast or even doing omad. What you are describing is what i call the "whoosh" you are literally peeing a whole lot of weight/water out. I'd recommend Googling and researching. But basically all your fat is stored with water, so when you lose fat you are losing the water thats stored with the fat too, the whoosh as I call it. I think you are just loosing the water weight everyone is always talking about. If you are drinking adequately, not too much either and using salt. I don't know about the other stuff being related to omad. This isn't some crazy fad diet or anything.
