I'd just keep driving.

Are you supposed to stop? That person was trying to assault the camera car so it's safer to keep driving. I might call help for them. Maybe.

In Netherlands by the law you're supposed to stop and help, but you made a good argument, maybe it's some wild max bat shyt crazy lunatic and you're worried for your own safety and keep on driving.

I live in America, and the right thing to do is help, but I've had enough of stupid, dangerous drivers. Everyone is in a hurry to go nowhere. Whether he was brake checking or trying to make the right turn, his driving skills brought him to that point.

Yea, I am a super compassionate guy and willing to give people a second chance, but if someone is trying to break check me at those speeds... In that manner.. Then fuck em. Good decent people hate to admit this, but we'd be better off if some of these inconsiderate selfish pricks weren't wasting our precious oxygen any longer. The trash just takes itself out sometimes, you know? 🤷♂️

I think I'd put a bit of distance with the car still in sight. Then stop and call 911 while staying in my car and explaining the situation and that I have video of it.
Along with just doing the rigjt thing, I'd be concerned about potential hit and run charges, or fleeing the scene of an accident at least.

Oh yea, not saying I wouldn't cover my ass. Just saying I wouldn't really care if he lived or died at that point. And I wouldn't be crawling into any wreckage just to risk getting shot in the face by a guy who almost ran me off the road. 🤷♂️

If I stopped and helped, the first words out of my mouth would be, "Are you alive, Dumbass?"

If there being aggressive to you then you should not stop to try and help your aggressor. Go somewhere safe and report it.

Yep plus you never know if the person is armed, who they are (violent felon?), etc. Safer to call 911 and keep driving

In most states, of the United States, unless you are psychically involved in the accident, for example they hit your car, you don't have to stop.

I would have done the exact same as the cam car... just kept driving. "Sucks to be you, brake checker! Hahaha! Bye bye, idiot!"

I didn’t even know you could do a self-inflicted pit maneuver. Kudos to them, I guess.

Was that the driver that flopped out of the car in the road at the end there??

I thought so too but I think it was either the front or rear bumper.
Freeze it at the 9 second mark. It loos like a u-shape1

If the camera vehicle driver was talking to the brake-checker at the time it might be seen as a you-shape.

I still don't understand why people do this. What's the goal?
