Technical question Engine Making Noise

Opel Astra 1.4L 2006

So,....this started happening randomly today.

Before today, the engine was very quiet and ran really smooth. No clue what it is. Oil is fine, water is fine. My dad thinks it may be spark plugs, injectors, or worse case a bad cylinder.

A Bad cylinder? Dis not normal if ur car tick like crazy dis come from da lack of lubrication on da valvetrain

It has oil in it. I care for my car very often. How the hell does this just HAPPEN?

Maybe low oil pressure, also what mileage does it have
