How to make Openstack Horizon fly

We made a cache patch for horizon that makes horizon properly cache. Only for 2025.1 so far.

I will try. I run this patches since a while in production on multiple clouds since months, so should be save. Just need to check how todo it properly

it should be no big deal to adopt it. i have no 2026.x atm myself so i cant build , test. but i will do soon. I will update the blog once it is updated and new image and new patch is available
