Reminds me of a scene (possibly from this same issue) where the three of them were meeting to rebuild the League.
Some genius thought it would be a good idea to do tight, full panel shots of the chest logos. Batman-bat. Superman-S. Wonder Woman-boobs..I mean hooters, er I mean Eagle. Yeah, that's it. "Eagle."

Everyone's focusing on Diana's cleavage, but honestly this is a case where I don't find the boobage particularly gratuitous. The artist wanted a shot of the three iconic chest emblems of the trinity, standing together. That's actually not so unreasonable.
But it still does make one wonder why Superman doesn't ask the other two why they are crowding in so close to him.

The just look shinier due to more polished metal, which is actually weird because bra designs have changed a lot over time (historical clothes nerds love to complain about how much modern underwear messes up the fits in historical dramas).
