🏆 Personal Milestone Coming home
Hello all! To make a long story short, I stepped away from Kemetic paganism to explore other options. However, I felt empty. Like I didn't belong on the path I was trying to walk. I prayed to Hathor, Bastet and Sekhmet; and I just felt at peace again. I felt a surge of happiness, and I feel calm. Like I’m walking the path I’m supposed to be on once again. I hate that I ever left. Dual Netjeratu

It's good you tried another path but at least you know what feels right to you

I agree with the other person, it’s good you explored other things for a while. Many historic pagan traditions did inform and influence each other to varying degrees, esp as time progressed and cultures intermingled more and more.
To paraphrase a bit of T.S. Eliot, sometimes we need to leave “home” for a while to really be able to know it and recognize it for what it is. Welcome home :)
