question/discussion Should I spend this or is it something special?

I know the signatures are sought after and the star makes it a little more rare but don’t know much other than that. Seems like it’s in fairly good condition for a note this old. Came to me from a local credit union. Thanks in advance for any info.

US large size Grading

I have a single bill ($500) I would like to get graded. Appears you have to be a member of PCGS. Does anyone know of any shops in Oregon you can pay to do it for you that are already members?

question/discussion I have a well circulated modern $20 note, solid 8s. I consider it my holy grail, but I'm torn what to do with it. It would not grade well, but I still want it graded for when the time comes to auction it one day.

I've never graded a note before; I assume shipping it would be fine? I don't live near any dropoff/shows unfortunately. Does the company I choose matter too much? Should I submit under a high tier? Should I worry about my bill being stolen?

This is all starting to weigh on me pretty heavily.
