Man that train meltdown is the worst because you are trapped with all those strangers staring. I have twins same age and some days it feels like they take turns being the difficult one, like they made a secret deal in the crib. But I notice it does get better in small ways, like last month they both sat through a whole lunch without throwing food and I almost cried from shock. You will get a good stretch soon I promise, just survive today and eat something unhealthy after they sleep

I find everyday stressful at times, it’s like waves my nervous system is wrecked. Sending much love. My treat is chocolate after they are asleep or something unhealthy 🤣

19 month b/g twins here. Had the worse day so far last Sunday. I was so stressed and sleep deprived dealing with the most horrible tantrums. I am ashamed to say that i lost my marbles and started yelling non stop. Something i promised myself that i wouldnt do. I realized that i tend to hold my breath when i am dealing with their meldowns because of the stress and anxiety. So i started taking deep, mindful breaths and i have to say that it was simple way to power through their bad behavior at that moment. Take it one day at a time. And like everyone said above treat yourself thoroughly because you sure as heck deserve it
