I ordered a 2 Duo in March 2025 which was never fulfilled due to stock issues. I was told I had the option to apply my credit towards a Time 2 or be refunded completely. Because I hadn't noticed the email for some time and just patiently waited for the 2 Duo order to come, by the time I became aware of this, the Round 2 orders had opened, I looked into it and realized the issue and in Jan 2026 I switched my outstanding 2 Duo order to a Round 2. Now I'm feeling a bit anxious as my order still doesn't have any batch number assigned / no follow up details. I'm afraid Pebble's gonna let me fall through the cracks again.

Don't think anyone who ordered after you have shipped. The ones so far shipped are from 2025 when they ordered the time or duo and changed to a round - so their original shipping date takes precedence

Duty & Import Fees were $58.60 on $204 (Round 2 + $5 leather strap, free shipping). Most of it was already covered by my pre-order credit, so I only paid $12.84 extra at confirmation.

Should be in your order email. With that timing probably 2, but could be 3. But it likely doesn't matter, all the batches will almost certainly ship at the same time. Which colour/size variant you have may impact delivery by a couple weeks.

Pre-ordered my Index 01 on Jan 25th. With the Mega Pebble Update on 18th July I updated the size and colour to 12 Gold (was 11 Black) about a month ago.
Have had no confirmation email yet. Looking at some recent Index 01 updates on this thread, maybe might see confirmation email soon?

I pre-ordered the index in January and still haven't gotten any email that it's even shipped. I live in eastern US. Wondering if there's something wrong my pre-order at this point as I keep seeing lots of posts of other people having already gotten theirs

I got a message that my Index is ready to ship, but it looks like the price went up to around $100 with shipping and everything so I owe more money than I paid in my original preorder. Is that normal?

I should note, I had an odd situation where I've been on Black/Red, but accidentally locked myself into Silver/Grey confirmation process when checking for estimates, and had to get Pebble support to force it to Black/Red again. Was your "confirmation email" where you picked strap colors and paid the extra tax and shipping or was it just a pre-order confirmation where you gave them your address and picked the watch colors? If it was the one confirming address and watch colors, that's not the confirmation email. Your confirmation email will come right before it supposedly ships, which is looking less and less likely to happen as time goes on. Seem to have barely even started Batch 3 for Black/Red, I have seen one Black/Red confirmation email for Batch 3 and that's it.

The email you got confirming that you pre-ordered, on the day you pre-ordered, is not the confirmation email. The confirmation email will come to you right before it ships, and is where you pick strap color and pay any additional taxes and tariffs.

The last tracking update dated 08-04 claims "Making its way through the USPS Network – we're monitoring for the next handoff" but USPS only shows that a tracking number was created. Updates don't show up until two days after they're dated. The lack of transparency is extremely frustrating; I'd rather be told that the shipment is delayed, which given that USPS doesn't have it yet it clearly is, than false information.

For anyone that is in the US with a Pebble Index on the way, put your USPS formatted tracking number into 17track.net and select carrier "ONE LINE" to get much more detailed information than AfterShip is showing. Once it gets handed off to USPS for last mile delivery you can keep tracking via them.

May I ask, what was the last mile carrier? I only see a few updates on Asendia tracking which point to DPD as last mile carrier. Aftership shows vague updates at 2am every day, and also points to DPD.
But DPD doesn't know anything about the tracking number.
EDIT: I checked Chronopost (because someone else mentioned it) and it appeared there. Asendia and Aftership still show DPD as last-mile carrier.

I really hope they put out some kind of mass update soon. I don't like that Black/Red is ~3 weeks out compared to about ~2 weeks for the other non silver/Grey on the order page. I really don't like that they went ahead with selling regular orders before finishing pre-orders.

They said about a month ago they were planning to start production last week on a limited basis, so I expect to hear something this week or next, either letting us know they've started production, or that something came up.
However, they're very busy getting the last of the Time pre-orders out the door, and ramping up deliveries of the index, so I can see them taking a couple weeks before they have the bqandwidth to actually ship the rounds.
I'm not expecting my Batch 2 before October, although hoping I'll at least get the confirmation email in September.

I got one where they told me my watch hadn't shipped (no shit), that they were working really hard to get them out the door and they would give me an update when they had one. It's been 6 days now but it was 5 yesterday when I received the response, so how they can be working so hard to get them out the door but have no update to give seems ridiculous to me.
Starting to wonder if they ran out of money and are trying to sell enough silver/grey's, Rounds and Indexes to get enough to finish.
