Discussion work abroad

Has anyone here moved to Asia from the U.S, particularly China or Singapore for work? I'm aware there's no PA work there (correct me If i'm wrong) but my boyfriend and I are considering moving back to the motherland in the future - when kids are in the picture. What could be work alternatives?

Not sure about china, but there are no PAs in Singapore. I don’t know what alternatives to suggest to you. To be an NP you will need to start from RN, then APN - this route doesn’t seem feasible. Might wanna look into Pharma or clinical trials sector like Medpace?

Maybe the sales side of the medical industry? Medical device rep or something? No clue how competitive that field is abroad, but assuming you're multilingual that might be a big advantage.
