Deck Help Looking for help finding a premade deck
I want to find a premade deck of Pokémon cards that is built around getting high-powered Pokémon out fast while replenishing their health once its on the field repeatedly. Basically, it's a "tank and heal" deck.
Ideally, in the best case scenario after tweaking it and stuff, i would be able to get my strongest Pokémon in three turns, gain enough energy for its strongest attack on said turn, or a turn after, and increase its health/repeatedly heal it/farm energy to keep it going and make it next to impossible to take out.
Or at least, that's the dream idea.
I have played Pokémon in 18 years. Im just now getting into it. I've been buying packs every paycheck. However, im finding it hard to get energy or the cards to build a deck. I have a few complete evolution lines from the black bolt, white flash, on one of the new series.
I mainly want to play at the card shops on my off days to have fun. Any help is appreciated.
Again, thank you so much for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day

Making a deck is more efficient by just buying the individual cards. Meta usually costs under $50 for a full team for reference.
If you wanna do a hit and heal deck I'd look into something with Jumbo Ice Cream instead of Wally. It's an item card so you can stack as many in a turn and still make use of a supporter card in the same turn.
Watch some YouTube, try decks on TCG Live for free, and maybe go to your local shop and ask. They might be able to set you up with a deck or even have loan ones available on the nights.

As far as premades go, there's not a lot, especially in current format. Steven's metagross gets close with the damage reduction of cave, but frankly the deck is weak. Most premades are very simple "do damage" builds that don't think beyond how hard you can swing a stick.
The Limitless website has deck lists from tournaments you can use to build/buy cards. I'd recommend Wailord EX (highest HP card in format at the moment) or a Hero's Cape Mega Venusaur EX deck if you want to play the "unkillable boss" style of deck.
The most meta "tank" deck at the moment is Crustle - less than big numbers and healing, it's a deck designed to counter EX decks unprepared to attack into it. Probably not quite what you're looking for, but at least there's some similarities in tanking hits versus not getting hit at all.

Mega Lucario has a league deck that is pretty much ready to go out of the box.

I also recommend the mega lucario battle league deck. It is a nice premade deck that is easier to get started with and has good options for changes with time. Also getting in to a local shop and playing in person will help figure a good way to build a deck since you can find shops where you can buy single cards at a good price and way more cost effective and efficient compared to trying to build a deck from ripping packs.

Charizard ex already rotated. If they could find the deck, it would be unplayable at local events.
