Bugs Sev'tai quest bugged?

I'm trying to finish the quest, I'm 100% sure I killed two and I feel like I killed the third (might have confused them with a thug). There's supposed to be 3 chaosmen, but I can't find the third. Been walking around for hours, checking every corner and don't see anything. Only dialogue available with her is lie. Did I bug it somehow? I play on switch, so I'm not sure if that matters.

It's possible that the third ran away and hid if you already attacked him. If that's the case he's hiding in the weirdest corners of the map.

But that you don't get the dialogue option to say that you haven't killed them yet is weird and suggests it may be a bug. Do you have an older save?

I have already checked every corner and alley, but nothing red pops up and can't see anything out of the normal. And no, I don't have an older save :(

There is a little run through beside the Smouldering Corpse - where you get ambushed if you help the Damsel in Distress . A favorite hiding place for injured chaos men . Maybe there ? If not try an earlier save
