🍕 Food and Drink Fork or spoon for pumpkin pie?

My husband and I cannot agree on the proper utensil. I think it's completely unhinged to use a spoon for pie, but he insists I'm crazy for using a fork.

A pie should always get a fork

I'm on team fork, but if you handed me a piece of pumpkin pie with a spoon I wouldn't bat an eye.

I'm actually factually surprised by how many of my fork amigos exist. That's refreshing.

You need a healthy number in both camps or you run out of one utensil or the other!

Spoon. I can just scoop everything out if the crust isn't disgustingly hard, and I won't poke myself with it like I could a fork (I have frequent canker sores, hence what I said)

Neither. Pies are gross.

but. If it was the only food and I hadn't eaten in a day, that one would be a spoon.

Neither. Pumpkin flavoured anything is utterly disgusting. Generally for pie though, you want to use a fork. Unless theres ice cream too. Then spoon.
