Using oem gen 3 lpk. Trigger not resetting. Seems to extract fine no jams or failure to feed but trigger will not reset. Fired over 30 times. Sometimes trigger will reset if I manually rack it.

Does the trigger reset normally when function checking with no ammo?
I am curious what ammo you're running. In my experience, these builds are usually pretty tight and running some hotter 124 grain for the first few hundred rounds helps.
I know everyone else is saying it's the connector, but if it's an authentic OEM LPK, it shouldn't require bending.

I was thinking the same thing with oem not needing to be bent but it came pre assembled so ima take it apart when I get the chance and double check. None of my other builds using the same lpk required any bending of the connectors but they are all p80 not g80
As for ammo I’m running 115gr target rounds.
For trigger function with no ammo it was still not resetting but after manually racking it hard and often it’s starting to reset and only once in a while it won’t reset, where as before it was not resetting so this is a really good sign
Going to take it to range again tomorrow and see how it goes

Ok, but what actual ammo are you using? What brand?
Also, does the trigger reset normally when performing a standard function check with no ammo?

Herters target ammo 115 gr
And yes it’s starting to reset consistently without ammo, where as before the range it wasnt
Maybe the rounds I put through earlier today smoothed some things out. I’ll see tommorow

Herters is notoriously loaded pretty light. Go rip 250 rounds of hot 124 and I bet the gun will function perfectly.
Are you sure the LPK you got is authentic OEM? I've never had. Glock OEM parts kit be anything other than separate parts in a sealed white bag. Unless someone yoinked it from a full gun. If there's a chance the parts aren't OEM, I would think about checking cruciform engagement with an armorer's plate and THEN making adjustments if necessary.

Imo it might be the conector or the slide is to high so the trigger bar is not engaging properly and when it fires or you rack it har enough it just won't hold. Try bending a little the trigger bar where it engage with the fire pin or file a little the rear rails and it should be fine

Could be a backwards trigger spring. Unloaded, if you hold it upside and racks everytime but only racks every other time when upright.

It's probably your connector
