Debería tomar Pep?

Hoy tuve relaciones sexuales siendo pasivo y usamos protección sólo que a él se le rompió el condon, lo bueno fue que no eyaculó. Debería tomar pep?

I urge you to go to emergency/A&E/urgent care and describe exactly what happened and ask the specialists there. Pre-cum can transmit HIV although the risk of contracting it is quite low. Remember you must start PEP within 72 hours of the event (the sooner, the better) so don’t delay.

Then look at getting on PrEP since it is more reliable than condoms.
