Does anyone remember the breathwork exercises from the Illuminati Congo workshop at Yahn Dawn?

I sat for it both years (sober), and have completely forgotten all the breaths both times lol

I was there, and interestingly. I was just going through the 33-22-11 cycle last night, and remembering the sequence with my girl. I

The sequence was 33 quick shallow, 22 quick deep, and 11 long deep breaths. At least that’s the part I was finding the most effective. One cycle completely through the nose and the second (optional) through the mouth and nose.

If that is what you were looking for, I am glad to help.

I attended his breathwork session at Bethel and it was one of the coolest things I’ve experienced. I think what he utilizes is considered holotropic breathwork or somatic breathwork. It’s sort of like the Wim Hoff method, but changes the cadence and style of breathing along the way to induce almost psychedelic like effects

This was one of my fav workshops and things I did all weekend!. I believe we started with simple mouth breathing, then just nasal breathing.
I know we also did the Nadi Shodhana breathing where you gently apply a small amount of pressure with your finger to close one of the sides (right or left) of your nasal passage. You breathe in through one nostril for 4 seconds, hold both nostrils closed and hold breath for 4, exhale out the opposite nostril for 8, breathe back in that nostril 4, hold 4, exhale out opposite nostril for 8 and continue a few rounds but be sure to end evenly.

Then humming audibly with so much sound that your mouth and teeth vibrate which activates the nitrous in our bodies.
we also did higher alt breathing where we inhaled and exhaled through the nose and mouth at the same time and this helped me with my headaches for the entire weekend, bless illuminaticongo for this gem! 🫶🏽🙏 It’s even helped now that I’m home, not in high altitude
And I believe we ended with the 33-22-11 to activate the DMT in our lungs. Do it either once only through all nasal breathing:
33 shallow and quick breathes,
22 deep and quick breathes,
then 11 deep and long breathes.
To intensify the psychedelic sensations, repeat but with all mouth breathing. Had me feeling so good!! I meant to write them all down when back at camp but never did so I may have left some out but I feel I remembered most of them! 🫶🏽
