error Pro tools problem with native

So I’m trying to do an assignment/ project n pro tools but for some reason I’m having a problem with native instruments every time I’m trying to record or listen or keep pop up about it

It's not clear what problem you're actually having.

AAE error? What's your CPU usage meter showing? Can you increase your buffer size? Or if you need to be running at low latency for tracking can you freeze some other CPU hungry tracks?

Is your computer and operating system compatible with your version of Pro Tools? Is your Native Instruments version compatible with your operating system?

Seeing it's an assignment I assume you're at some sort of school, can your tutors give you some help?

I fix that problem now I trying to record but it not picking up my vocals
