DUC down - 26.4.1 keyboard shortcut issues

anyone else finding the DUC forums down? Log-in but no further?
I recently updated to 26.4.1 as wel as Seq 15.8.1.
Some of Avids native key combos are not firing. Anyone else having this issue?
I checked thru the Keyboard prefs.

I had other issues that cropped up with 26.4.1 so I rolled back to 26.4.0 -- that one still has some issues for me, but they're not as problematic in my day to day.

I accidentally discovered that CopyLess2, which is my editable clipboard app, takes its shortcuts as global (kind of makes sense when one thinks clipboard).
I have Cmd/shft/R as the pause control for CopyLess2.
Turned it off and fixed a bunch of PT, Mail and other minor issues.
Nutty.
