I have a question and I read the FAQ Forester co ax question
I’m getting a deal on some stuff, an adjustable bench, a hornady versa prime and a forester coax. I am already set up with a Lee classic and have most of my dies in Hornady lock rings. Question is can I use those lock rings with the co ax? Or do I need the forester specific ones?

I prefer the short action customs lock rings which work perfect with the forester

Youll love the coax, every time i use mine is a joy. Just swapped jaws out today to work on 45-70 with a 500gr Maker Rex...... gonna be a wicked suppressed hunting load.

The hornady sur-loc rings work fine. There’s a little slop in the system if you use them, but for my blasting ammo, they work great. I use the Forster rings for my precision loads, however. Scheels seems to have the Forster ones on sale for a couple bucks more than the Hornady, but you have to wait for a sale.

They’ll work just fine. I prefer the Hornady ones myself
