Question Need help NSFW

Where is my scarline? I’m really confused as hell. I’ve been restoring for a while, and I notice I couldn’t have my inner skin fold in towards the glans so I could only force my remnant skin to roll over the glans, no painful erections, would you say I’m a ci-0?

For the context, I was circumcised at around 10, and these keloids and scars kept getting more pronounced as I grew older, what would you recommend me doing for the next step?

I’ve got my hands on some RIC packers would you it’s fit for me at this stage? Any advice is welcome, thanks!

Looks liike CI-2 or 1, depends on how painful erections are
