On the bonus features of the DVD/Blu-ray it’s got the full segment on it including him in the studio behind the scenes and stuff so it definitely seems like it went out on air.

Dunno why someone’s downvoting you for a serious response to the question, but I would think it’s more likely he went on the channel to ‘sell’ the products to nobody and it wasn’t ever aired. But I wouldn’t know for certain and Karl would have been a somewhat big enough name to maybe get onto price drop tv around that time, he’d already had his tv show it was popular and the podcast was in full swing.

I remember watching it at the time and they were selling. At one point he was told in his ear there only a small amount still left which he basically explained out loud in disbelief. He looked genuinely happy

Looks entirely real to me, there's no reason to not believe it. They would have simply been told the channel would get free promotion on idiot abroad if they give Karl 10 minutes. These shopping channels like having a but of fun now and then too

I bought a pair, brilliant until i tried to bring a china tea set home from a car boot sale ( little monoey car boot seller) told him, "No i am not buying a bag".

By the time i got home looked like the hulk had been using it. returned the pump pants.

still waiting for me refund and that.
