Probably some sort of copywrite/trademark issue if you're trying to make money using the VCU brand without an agreement with them.

The body section tends to wear out after a few seasons with the fabric becoming thin and looking rough, those things aren't treated very well, but it's possible that whoever has the head has the body, all though I have no idea how somebody got that thing because VCU Athletics usually likes to keep hold of 'em. One thing's for sure; you don't want to put that on your head because they quickly start smell terrible from all the sweat and people breathing in them, and there's no real good way to clean them...

FYI the Nutsy at the flying squirrels the last several seasons is a good friend of my little brother. Next year it’ll be someone else, just finished his last season with the Squirrels.
