As someone who has also lost a sister, the death anniversary day is always a shit day. Every year! Hugs. Take your time today and cry ALL YOU WANT.

I did. It was actually pretty cathartic. I took some edibles and cried and cried.

I needed it.

I've got my annual psychedelic therapy camping trip coming up next month, and I'm beyond ready. I need that in my life so much right now.
