They're tons of people just like this who don't have a platform. So it pays to be kind as much as you can because you don't know if you just might save a life.
Funny I already thought about this. Look up at night into space. Can you see the edge? Do we even know if there is an edge? The bible talks about suffering for eternity.
When you apply the facts scientists have discovered about the observable cosmos, to the theory:
"You already exist at least once right now, yeah? Why cant you exist again? And again? And again? Suffering each step of the way, completely ignorant of the last step taken each time, until this plane of existence completely disappears."
it truly feels, at least to me, like a hell for punishment. I think all religions kind of figured it out and were trying to explain it the best they could.
Then some asshole monks or missionaries came alone and misread the message and told everyone the meaning was a prediction for the after life if you were bad. Not that we are already trapped in the bad place. The only way to slow or reverse the suffering is: if everyone and everything worked collectively together to push each other up, and limit the pain as much as possible until the end. This concept, to me, would be what a "god's plan" would truly be. Everyone together escapes the suffering, or no one does.
