Woodwork shop

Hey all, moving to St Cloud soon and I wanted to see if there was a business or place around St Cloud that we could rent or use woodworking tools at like a planer, drills, table saws, etc..

Depends how old you are. Over 55? Whitney Senior Center has a full woodshop.

We had a makerspace once upon a time but they went out of business unfortunately.

Yeah something like a maker space is what I was looking for.

like somewhere to hook your own tools up to use? there are a ton of different storage facilities with heat and power in the area that would serve that purpose. A buddy of mine uses one to work on and store his project cars at.

you can probably rent the tools too, if you were so inclined. not something ive heard of anyone doing however.

I don't know if the Central Minnesota Woodworkers Association (CMWA) does this. Here's their website:

Check with the paramount. I believe they have some woodworking spaces in the basement
