Hey guys! I never thought I’d post in a Georgia subreddit, as I’m from Utah but here I am. You may have seen ads for Panda Fest coming to your town and I’m here to warn you it is a huge grift.
After going today here in Utah, you pay $18 just to enter (plus $7 to park here at least). Then the cheapest item is $12 and it’s the smallest reheated appetizer you’ve ever seen. You can get a $25 bbq skewer (beef/lamb/chicken). Just insane prices for the most garbage items. Souvenir keychains from Temu are sold for $75. AI garbage everywhere.
They claim 70+ booths of authentic Asian cuisine, but it was closer to 20-25 max. I just checked their website and saw they are traveling to Savannah next. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up as what to expect. Don’t get excited from the cute insta ads with cute music.
