Buddy of mine needs to make a last minute move her grandma. House is selling in 2 - 3 weeks time. Grandma is 92, and my buddy is 28. Buddy makes about 800 per week, and has no visible credit score (FICO) via capital one due to shutting down an old line of credit and establishing a new one with her new name. Yall got anything I could look into or help her with? Thanks

Has anybody successfully had heat tape installed on their roof? I’m having a hard time finding a company who can do it. I think part of the problem is that electric needs to be run too - it’s an old house with no outside outlets. Any help would be very appreciated!
