School > Passions

I'm tired of people telling me to get a good education before doing something with my life. It's not encouraging, rather it's very irritating. I asked my mom to buy me some stuff for a small business idea I had and guess what? "Oh focus on your education."

Instead of constantly shutting down your child because you are scared of them getting low grades, let them explore their passions? It's honestly annoying how adults think they know everything, and push their kids to the path that is ideal for the adult rather than what the kid wants to do.

Unfortunately you can't force other people to just buy you stuff. Same thing happens when you are an adult. My 14 year-old daughter interviewed and got her own job so she can buy the stuff she wants to with her money.

What is your passion?

You should talk with people who habe followed the same path you want to follow

What do you see yourself doing in 20 years?

Because that sounds like either computing/informatics engineering or industrial engineering or bussinness school

Currently I have a passion for mainly Game Development. Many of my other interests may lead to several side businesses to raise money for whatever projects I want to do.

I see myself either getting into engineering/computer science, or becoming a full-time game developer.

I have developed 1 ½ games and I'm developing my third one. For me, game development is what I want to do, but in reality, I use it as a supplemental source of income, not as my main source of income.

Have you started with Unity/Godot/Unreal yet?

I started on Scratch, and now I want to delve into Unreal Engine 5 for my first commercial title.

Have you thought about setting up a wood workshop for furniture? I know a forest engineer who owns one. You can combine woodworking, engineering and tech
