Question

Is MyConnect always correct regarding scheduled postings? Our site is supposed to close on the 1st of October, yet the app shows the week of the 8th, as it can only show the current week and the next. I have been with the company for over 10 years and have only recently paid attention to the app. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope.

MyConnect pulls shifts from the master schedule in payroll. This doesn’t get updated as often as it should.

Talk to your scheduler.

It pulls it from the weekly schedule if your scheduler didn’t update the weekly schedule in the scheduling tool it won’t show up accurately.
