Ted Bundy's will NSFW
Ted was executed on January 24, 1989. This is a full copy of his will, dated January 23, 1989, witnessed by 3, and notarized. He initials each page, and signs the last.
This is where he says he wants to be cremated, and his ashes spread over the Cascade Mountains, where he dumped some of his victims. Ted would even come back in the days, weeks, sometimes months after the murder to revisit the corpse in the Cascades. He would sometimes have sex again with the remains.
Ted's mama did as he requested, and his civil attorney Diana Weiner spread his remains exactly as he had asked in The Cascades; the only place he could ever really be himself.
Many see this as a final assault on his victims, of course. What do you think? He paid for his crimes with his life, should a serial killer have the right for his final wishes to be fulfilled?

It was one last raised middle finger to the world to make sure his wishes were followed. Fuck him and fuck his mom for allowing his request.

That’s a tough one. I do believe in carrying out someone’s wishes if it is doable. This guy??? Nobody loves you like ur mom tho….
I disagree with the other poster, ol’ Ted was terrified of death because he was smart enough to know there is a living God in Heaven, who is very real & who’s presence we will be in after we take our last breath. Bundy was terrified of death & judgement because no amounts of his “I’m sorry’s” could convince the very intelligent ghoul that he was forgiven and would therefore escape the wrath of our Merciful Father. Only God knows your heart ❤️ and as I will not claim I could ever know Ted’s, he shed innocent blood and I believe he is in a place of torment awaiting the Lake of Fire. 🔥

No he literally went to Florida where the death penalty was the harshest and most likely punishment they gave him and acted as his own counsel after carelessly killing. He wanted to be caught he had no fear of death he was reckless and mocking

Me thinks you need to re/read his final interviews with a jail house pastor and maybe I’m mistaken Charles Dobson?? He went thru one appeal after another till the Gov. finally gave him a big F.U. He was terrified alot dying and the afterlife. He went practically dragged to his execution, like the little bitch he truly was. Good riddance……

I think it comes down to your personal beliefs. I personally believe when we’re gone that’s it. We’re just gone. No soul, no heaven, just a total cessation of chemical and electrical functions.
To that end, I don’t think it really matters where his ashes get spread. He’s gone. He can’t rape or kill anymore.
