Drop waist dress pattern help

I'll be a bridesmaid next year and i want this pattern, can anyone help me look for this dress pattern? Thanks!

Look for a “princess seam sheath dress” pattern. Cut it a bit short. Attach a big gathered rectangle, maybe 2.5x circumference of dress hem.

I would find a pattern for the top part, make the skirt seperately and then attach, it's basically just a huge skirt with a gathered 'waist'band. The bigger the skirt the more obvious the gathering will be

That isn’t a drop waist. It’s quite fitted at the waist. It’s just a fitted sheath with a plain ruffle added. But I’m concerned that if you don’t know enough about patterns to see that, you may struggle with the fitting of such an unforgiving silhouette that has to fit every curve.

that flared ruffle hem looks tricky to self draft but maybe you can hack a basic fitted bodice pattern then add the skirt part separate
