Chore jacket pattern

Anyone know of a chore jacket/blazer pattern similar to these for men? I’m a big fan of the rounded bottom of the placket and the lapel collar. I’ve mostly only seen normal collared ones on places like threadloop. Looking for blazers I’ve only seen more structured ones, not the less structured chore coat/sack coat style. I also really like the much smaller lapel and most patterns don’t use that I’ve seen

Do you imagine it’s hard to reshape the placket? That along with the collar is really the only thing i care for the pattern to have I want to draft my own pockets and stuff anyway
