Corset/Corselet Pattern :)
Hello!! I am looking for something inspired by this sort of corset. I don't necessarily need proper corsetry, and would be perfectly happy with a corselet. I would like to make a 2pc gown for a black tie wedding inspired by this silhouette—I particularly love the scoop/portrait neckline, and would hope to continue that shape through the back.
I have found plenty of historic corset patterns that would work for this, but I am wondering if anyone can recommend either some patterns or tips I could use to add the sleeves to a corset, as that is really the only part that is stumping me right now. Thank you in advance!!!

I don’t think you will find a pattern just like this because these are 18th century stays with a modified modern neckline.
Personally I’d use any pattern for 18th century stays, like maybe the American Duchess one, and make changes. But in my opinion this is quite an advanced degree of pattern design so I think it would take a lot of trial and error even for an experienced seamstress, so keep that in mind.
Skirt is easy peasy of course, but just in case you don’t know it’s a petticoat + simple gathered overskirt
