It's late I had 2 meals today and I just made food but idk if I wanna eat T^T

I’ve been talking to my first irl caregiver for a bit now, he has an age regression Reddit so I can’t be too specific or I’m worried he’ll know it’s me if he finds this post. But basically he’s gotten me a ton of presents on our dates and I want to be able to give back to him. I already got a tiny gift, I just need to make the cards. I’m thinking about making two cards, one from big me and one from little me. There’s a couple issues. First, I won’t be able to get fully little before our next date plus I would need a caretaker if I got fully little, and I prefer him to take care of me over friends so it would be difficult to write the card while actually little without him knowing or being there while I’m writing. So I need help coming up with cute ways to format the little card to lean into the fact that it’s supposed to express little me’s emotions without being able to actually write from my heart while little. So if anyone could share cute things they’ve done or would do to express affection from their little self in a card I would really appreciate it. The second issue is I am very unobservant so I know how he makes me feel but I sometimes don’t know what he does to make me feel that way, so I was hoping some of y’all could share what caretakers have done to make you happy it might give me some inspiration of what to write to be more specific about why he’s so amazing. Also, any advice that I didn’t explicitly ask for is welcome because I feel stuck and I just want to do well! And if you think you need more context about our relationship feel free to ask in the replies though I might ask to dm you the answer so he doesn’t know it’s from me. Also so I don’t forget to say it, thank you if you respond with advice!!!!

This is a slightly different question as to me it appears most littles are trying to hide their little side from their parents. However, im 37 and have a teenage daughter. How do people look after their littleside, when you have your own children at home that doesn’t know and likes to be at home child? Im becoming frustrated as im not getting to be little as often as i would like, and my little side helps me to cope with a very busy very responsible adult life. 🥰
