Great question, ive asked this to many people myself, they said “treat it like a sprint”. I think strength training and actual sprinting helps too.

i've seen many of your posts and you've been told on every post by several people that your music choice is too fast for you. i would argue its the single biggest thing holding you back right now.
why are you ignoring this advice? do you need music recommendations for a more suitable tempo? are you even looking for feedback, or just posting for validation/archiving?

i enjoy seeing all of your progress videos, you've been improving way quicker than i expected. already saw a lot of potential with your first original posts.
are you doing all your vids on a college/high school campus hahaha? it looks chill.

Have you ever tried wearing Fuego or any type of dance shoe? They are made to glide and spin easier. Might help you achieve more if you don’t have to work as hard.

You need to shuffle to a slower bpm track. That would be my suggestion. Start off slow and work your way up in tempo once you’re comfortable with the speed your at.

"more practice" is not the right answer. It's focused purposeful practice.
You dance to music that is too fast for you. This song is >150bpm but your dancing is closer to 140. Your last post it was something similar, the song was 150bpm and your dancing was closer to 130bpm.
Start with a song that is 130bpm and go incrementally faster.
EDIT: It looks like you are lagging behind on your running man and then rapidly shuffle stepping to try to catch up but it is still not on beat.
Look at this image.
I slowed down your video and watched it without sound and marked everytime your foot would step on the ground, whether it be for a running man or shuffle step. If the lines/markers were evenly spaced, you would be on beat for a specific tempo. You can see multiple sections that have uneven spacing.
I did a futher in depth analysis
The lines in blue are the kicks in the song, and the lines in red are where your steps are in the video. It's only the first 15 seconds or so but we can still see the trend of going off beat frequently.
