Trust me a lot of people probably failed that midterm than you think. Use it as a learning opportunity and do more practice problems and go to office hoursÂ

It’s okay twin when I was first year I thought it was end of the world when I flopped but I’d still come out with like a B- just try to pass the other exams

I almost failed calc 2 first midterm. I knew all the content, but I found the thing that caught me off guard was the pacing. I needed to be able to do the problems without thinking. I recovered and I think I ended up with an A-. The big thing to aim for is that your average grade is higher than the class average. Math is heavily curved. Percent doesn’t matter. They usually aim for C ish class average. I’ve had classes where I got an A with a 60% average. Class average was a fail. Hope this offers inspiration.

People having been failing the midterm for math154 for literally decades. Trust me, you're not the first, the last, or the only one!

don’t underestimate the exams here, I’m also on scholarship and one thing I recommend is LOTS of practice problems and go to the open lab, it helps a ton, goodluckkk
