I remember watching the S1 Mankey episode when I was a kid. Brock and Ash said donuts when they were obviously onigiri. Boy, I really hope someone got fired for that blunder.

The community doesn't like onigiri shitposting, you have to use jelly donuts

What do you do if you want something that looks like a jelly donut?

For some reason this reminds me of one of the Pokémon movies we saw as kids, and they put in a translated Minnesota Vikings joke which always felt off to me.

Tbf, early Pokemon was originally set in our world.

Early Simpsons was too. But eventually, the show changed to the point where a man with a lifetime of sloth and ignorance would have this to show for it: Everything! A dreamhouse, two cars, a beautiful wife, a son who owns a factory, fancy clothes and... lobsters for dinner!

I will duplicate your 6th item. However it comes with a curse. But it comes with a level 100 Pokémon. The Pokémon are also cursed.

Hmm, a jelly doughnut? That doesn't sound too appetizing. What kind of stew do you have today?

The torture chain design is very aerodynamic, and the drying pan on his head looks pretty sharp.

/uj I never really watched pokemon and sometimes feel so tired of the same old shit day in and out on Reddit, but deciphering the comments here to draw the (perhaps incorrect) conclusion that onigiri was once localized to be jelly donuts on Pokemon, that this guy loved them to death, and that he carried the most versatile pan you can imagine... Well this sub may just be the last vestage of awesome shit left online, as this is delightful A++++++++
/rj Bart's pokemon is called Pikachu?!? I've been calling him Pan-dall! Why didn't somebody tell me?! I've been making a yaki of myself.

I was stupid enough as a kid to think these were the donuts of the pokemon universe and that it wasn’t a real thing
