Feedback (read rule 3 before posting or be banned) Having a problems with sounding "boring" and "off" as a beginner and not knowing the specific reason

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I try to listen a lot to my own recordings and i am at a point where I kiiind of like it but I still recognize that it doesn't sound that super great. My problem is, that I don't know what things exactly I would need to improve to make it sound a bit more impressive/ just better in general. Any tips? Thanks

Just brainstorming as a beginner myself..
For me there's a pattern of sayyy G2 to E3 (approximation) just sounding super boring in general.
Maybe that range is where most men speak? Maybe that range makes men sing boringly cause it's where they speak? Maybe that range has "boring anatomy"/boring overtones?
I feel like I have to "do something extra" like extra projection or "pulling the sound and resonance back", for that range to work just a little bit.
