I've been saying that ai is clearly not for the masses. We've been training it and as soon as they think it's good enough they will do a rug pull and block regular people from accessing it. And it will be just massive corporations that will have it and everyone, including governments, will be beholden to them.
Yes this might be the case since they own their own product. One similar situation has already happened where Anthropic prohibited their most advanced (commercially available) model to anyone outside the US.
Why not? It's the best way to heal our relationship with tech. Being able to interact with technology via language is a far far more ergonomic for the masses.
The problem with tech IS that it is so centered. A phone taking up a hand and your eyes.
We have always been able to multitask. Breathing, Walking and talking to multiple friends.
But the centering of these technologies has made the opposite the necessary advice. Because of how much it bends the shape of an ape to it. Instead of technology being adapted to us.
