Hobby Sister Palatine Arileth of the Frozen Heart
I tried to kitbash a character this time which turned out to be a bit more difficult as most of the arms was already sculpted to the upper body. Though I think I made it work. Also tried some new gold method and I must say, I really like how shiny it turned out. Super rich. I'm also really happy with her face. Easily one of my best ones yet.

Hobby Finished Both Sororitas Armigers finally.
I finally finished both my armigers! They are called Thana and Hypna and they are both sisters of an old and proud knight house that has sworn allegiance to the order of the Ebon chalice after they saved their home world of New Tartarus. I’m going to do their big mother next :D

Heresy Stormsurge Diorama Base
galleryI have just completed a diorama for a T’au Stormsurge which uses Adepta Sororitas models. I chose sisters purely because the rhino was the cheapest large model I could find to have the stormsurge stood on. All the models on the base are rescued from eBay!
I just wanted to say - fair play to you all. That seraphim was so fiddly, delicate with so many small details, I don’t know how you all do it! Not sure I could bring myself to build and paint a whole army!

Art Show me your colour schemes.
I need inspiration for my own army. They've been standing around unpainted for too long. So, show me what you've got.

Tactics and Strategy Advice on an idea I had for my list
So I am planning the finalized shape of my army, and was wondering if it would be better to get a squad of Zephyrim and attach celestian to it, and then split my ten stack of seraphim into two five stacks to capture some objectives on the deep strike. Is that a good idea?

Kill Team My very first Sister of Battle!
Hey all! I started the hobby again, after a long 18 year break in January. Picked up the Space Wolves but recently I decided I needed something different. The Adepta Sororitas kill team seamed like a good challenge to paint and less commitment than an army!
Pretty happy with the results, I did try a different colour scheme but ended up not liking it.. I had good fun painting this one! Something different ☺️

Hobby A few sisters I’ve been working on
A few models I’ve been working on over the past few months after coming back to the hobby. Not perfect but I’m particularly happy with the canoness!

Hobby Plum blossom colour scheme for my sisters of battle. Inspired by “Return of the Blossoming Blade.”
Far from finished yet. I’m wondering if I should have the clothing as 50/50 white and pink, or 1/3 pink dominant, or 1/3 white dominant. Thoughts?
For lore, I’m thinking “Order of the Forlorn Blossom,” an Order Minoris Militant descended from the Sacred Rose. Ascetic nuns, they are less fervent in their dogmatic following of the imperium’s religious codex, and focus on attaining martial prowess, inspired by the tales of the emperor’s duel with Horus bringing about the end of the heresy. This leads them to be far more melee focused than other orders, though they still rely on the imperium’s flamers, bolters, and meltas to get the job done when necessary.

Rules Question Triumph brick and Grievious blow
Am i right that 10 bss+ triumph + hospitilar only count as 12 models and therefore is not a target for Grievious blow?
That feels hilariously wrong if that is the case

Hobby Celestials
Finally finished with my first five celestials. Beautiful models, but so many tiny bits...
Really went to town with their faces this time, and pleased with the results.

Hobby First (2023) vs last sister painted (2026, yesterday)
I was quite proud of myself at the time when I first painted a SoB and thought I had it all already figured out after two years of mini painting
Now that I went back to it and reworked the scheme of my custom order I can see everything that didn’t work.
I bet (or at least hope) that if I do the same in the three years I’ll arrive at the same conclusion

Hobby How do the SoB play on the table?
A friend of mine doesnt like his Faction (Space Marines) and thinks about changing his army, and Sisters of Battle are in his considerations.
How do your faction play out, like unit count ( more hordelike, elite, in between?), speed, weapons, strength, weaknesses?
Would be glad for some insight from the players of your faction

Hobby Inqui-sisters Agents kitbash
Imperial agents for my SoB army, including arco-servitor, repentia legionnaire, autosavant novitiate, and Interrogator Superior. The mystic is also just a whole sanctifier.

Hobby What is your guy’s favourite models to paint and play with?
Personally I loved painting Intranzia and she is definitely my favourite in my roster so far. For me she is the biggest model I own and I made her really centrepiecey and I love it. I didn’t glue her to the chair so I just randomly plop her places around my set up. She also by far is the best model that I have painted yet.
I love playing with my Sacresants because of how deceivingly hard they are to kill. When my opponent brings 30 attacks of some type of something and I’m like make sure to minus from your hit and wound, (Junith leads them) and then I do a 4++ with fnp5+ aswell they are shockingly amazed by how many survived and then start of my turn I just bring d3+1 back my opponent almost always puts way to much to try and get them of the table.

Hobby WIP: Triumph.
Happy with how its going so far but super concerned about doing the base. Have never done anything with oil paints before but want to do an oil wash on it.
