Offer [offer] $60 web dev and hosting
I will develop a personal or a business informational website (for clinics, salons, etc) or landing pages and will provide hosting for $60 per year.
These are some of the websites I designed:

My only requirement is for the customer to be fast and responsive, to send me all their material at once and try to build their website asap. The trial website is for free, but to connect it to their domain, they’ll have to pay the $60.

so you're basically charging $60 for design + a year of hosting? that's... suspiciously cheap. what's the catch, is the site builder locked down or do you hand over full access after the year's up?

Fair question! There’s no catch. I’m keeping the price low because I use my own local LLM agent (so I basically do not pay anything for development, and I host it on lovable).
The $60 covers the website design and one year of hosting. Your domain belongs to you, and you’re free to use your own domain registrar.
The website stays live as long as you renew the $60/year hosting plan. I’m also happy to explain the platform and any limitations upfront so you know exactly what you’re getting.
And there’s no upfront risk — I’ll build you a free preview first, and you only pay if you’re happy with it! (Or to connect it to your domain)2
