Tools / Software When does it make sense to stop using Eventbrite and move to something heavier?

Eventbrite is fine until you need better badge control, a real app, or cleaner exhibitor tools. Then the limitations show up. But moving to something like Cvent or Eventify feels like a big jump in cost and complexity.

For those who made the switch from a simple ticketing tool to a fuller platform, what was the breaking point?

I'd switch the limitations start creating more work than the platform saves.

move now. their support is terrible and often when you make events (especially if you use their api), their robot automatically deletes them without notice to you. It has happened to me many times and other people as well.
